My BFF and fellow blogger Angel will be guest posting on here tomorrow so I thought it fitting to subject her to a 'Beauty Blogger Inquisition' so you can all get to know her a little better! She has a fabulous beauty blog and YouTube channel which you must check out!
The blogger: Angel Armogida
The blog: High Heels & Lipgloss
What inspired you to create High Heels and Lipgloss?
My love for high heels and lipgloss! And Kat bugging me so much to start a beauty blog so we could be blog buddies! :D
What do you enjoy most about blogging?

What inspired you to create High Heels and Lipgloss?
My love for high heels and lipgloss! And Kat bugging me so much to start a beauty blog so we could be blog buddies! :D
What do you enjoy most about blogging?
Being able to voice my true opinions on products I use without feeling that I have to sensor myself. Having my own space on the internet where I can talk and interact with other likeminded people.
What are your three Holy Grail beauty products?
What are your three Holy Grail beauty products?
1. Maybelline Express Volume Waterproof Mascara - it's a little drier than most mascaras but I love how it holds the curl, your lashes don't budge!
2. MAC Studio Finish Concealer - it's the perfect consistency for my skin type (normal) and it's one of the few concealers which you can use for both blemishes and dark circles. It also comes in a wide range of colours and if you still can't find one to suit you, you can mix two together.
3. Garnier Eye Roll On - I use this every morning and night to help sooth my puffy eyes. It's an essential handbag pick-me-up product.
What’s your #1 make up tip?
ALWAYS curl your eyelashes! It will help to open up your eyes making them appear bigger, and you more awake! I can leave the house without make-up, but not with un-curled lashes!
Which celebrity’s make up do you admire most?
Cheryl Cole. I adore her make-up as it's very similar to my own style. I'm definitely an 'eye' girl rather than lips, and I love how Cheryl always has intense dark eye make-up. I also love her big hair - I'm a fan of using hair extensions to create volume.
What is your favourite makeup brand? What’s their stand-out product in your opinion?
I'm going to be boring and say MAC. Although I don't find their eyeshadows very pigmented, I have to admit their range of colours and textures are second to none. Used with a good primer and MAC quality brushes, their eyeshadows blend nicely and stay on all day.
Which ‘hyped’ beauty product has let you down the most?
Joico's K-Pak Reconstruct. This product is a 'holy grail' for many beauty girls out there but for some reason it just ruined my hair. I had to cut 5 inches off my ends due to split ends after using this product for a month. Very disappointing. I did a video review on my beauty channel about this product, you can view it here.
Top 3 beauty products on your wish list?
1. A MAC paint pot. I have yet to try these but I've heard good things about them. I really want Painterly or Rubenesque.
2. NARS Turkish Delight lipgloss.
3. NARS Sin/Casino blush/bronzer duo. I have the Orgasm/Laguna duo and I loved it for the winter. I tan easily so I really want the slightly darker duo!
Tell us three of your favourite beauty blogs/YouTube channels?
1. Carolyn Baxter (fashion designer/hair & make-up guru): http://youtube.com/carolynbax
2. GiannyL (this girl does amazing but simple tutorials showing you how to make your own dresses, tops, bikinis, etc): http://www.youtube.com/GiannyL
3. Andrea's Choice (my favourite beauty guru): http://youtube.com/andreaschoice
Do you remember how and when we met?!
Yes! We attended the same primary school, but it was only until we were put in the same classroom that we actually met! For the last 3 years of primary school we sat on the same table and got along really well. We ended up in the same high school and in the same form class. We've been friends for almost 20 years!
Tell us something you do when you're alone that you wouldn't do in front of others?!
I enjoy conversing with inanimate objects. My Hitachi camcorder aside, I often have deep and meaningful conversations with my MacBook Pro, my Ford Mondeo, and my computer mouse, George.
Let me know if you like the idea of a 'Beauty Blogger Inquisition' series as it would be great to make this a regular feature to allow me to interact with those of you who have your own blogs more and spotlight and share the great number of fabulous blogs out there!
